DOGOPHOBIA (8)

Okay, let me tell you the exciting thing I planned today: I planned I would touch Doggie, even if it is one finger. Just one finger sef.

But it did not happen ooo. Mostly because my health is still on the low and I didn’t step out of the house.

Remember I said Doggie had not been really barking like that? It barked pleeeeenty today ooo. Chai! It woke me up from sleep and it continued giving me headache.

Later this afternoon, I kept hearing it bark in front of the house. “Shuooo! Dem don movie Doggie go front?” I asked my brother.

“Yes,” he replied.

“No wonder!”

Since Doggie is in front of the house now, it would be seeing more people passing and be barking at them. One Obioma came today (In Warri, we used to call those people who carried sewing machines on their shoulders and helped you adjust your clothes ‘Obioma’. But this guy is Hausa ooo, I sha can’t change the name now) because my sister had called him to come (he’s her customer.)

Obioma came and started shouting, “Who dey?” and Doggie was barking ferociously. Baba waka away ooo…lol. My brother had to go call him back.

Do I talk about the times Doggie kept barking because different people it didn’t know was passing by? I can’t even count!

I still don’t know why they moved it to the front. Well, I guess it does well for me because I won’t be seeing it anytime I go out to wash clothes at the bark, and Doggie, who always seem bored, will have people to bark at now.

So, on Facebook, ISY said I should be smiling and waving at Doggie. Her nickname is smilinglady. She’s an awesome baker and gives her clients the smoking treatment, so that was the advice she gave me. Isy, cake and dog nor be the same thing ooo.

Shey when I’m smiling and waving to Doggie, people passing by will not look at me and be thinking, “How e dey do this one naaa?”

But I will try your suggestion and give you feedback.

I do hope I feel much better tomorrow.

By the way, my cousin did sharwama today (it would be my first time eating it because I usually do not like it because of that salad cream and/or mayonnaise added to it. Those things are foreign to me and can never pass through my throat. The first and only time I tried it, it came out the same way. No need going through that ordeal again.)

We have been watching YouTube videos ooo and we tried our hands on it this evening.

Of course, it might not look like the one you buy outside but it is home made and sweet. I have not eaten my own yet ooo. I was waiting to eat it later after I finished eba that I have been having appetite for for a while. My cousin advised against it. She said sharwama was a whole meal and no need to eat eba first.

In my mind, I was like, “How can sharwama belleful me?” Here I am brethren, I cannot eat sharwama again. Eba haff full belle. Who send me?

Well, I’ll devour it tomorrow (if I do not take up at night to finish it…..😂)

See ya tomorrow!
